Introducing the L'Oreal 2018 Trend Collective!
Owner of viva la blonde, Chantelle recently went to the L’Oreal Academy in Sydney to take part in the L’Oreal 2018 Trend Collective.
The Trend Collective is an event set up to host an array of leading hair stylists doing what they do best, colouring hair. And not just any hair, these guys were working with some prominent influencer babes here in Aus.
The theme of the day was “Metallic” and Chantelle had to create a metallic hair colour look on her influencer. Chantelle worked with @alonaviorne a fashion stylist based in Sydney.
L'Oreal Metallic Colour Range
The event was held to celebrate the release of L’Oreal’s amazing metallic colour range. Copper, Rose Gold, Silver and Platinum are amongst the colours in the collection that the stylists were experimenting with for the event.
The colour leaves the hair with a glossy high shine metallic look. Not only is the new colour technology amazing, the formula contains Incell™ and Ionène G™to help strengthen and reinforce the hair.
The metallic hair trend started with grey and silver tones, which took a little getting used to when they hit the runway a year ago. Now the metallic trend is everywhere and has worked its way up to an array of edgy colour options.

Chantelle worked with Alona’s hair using L’Oreal metallic Majirel.21. Using freehand balayage painting and smartbond for a subtle pearly/smoky finished look.
