Stop the press. Rosie Huntington Whiteley just showed us how to recreate her every day wavy hair. The supermodel, mumma and businesswoman is notorious for her blonde perfected locks so it’s no surprise her YouTube video has garnered some healthy views.
It’s an extensive beach wave hair tutorial that starts and ends with the right products. As with any amazing results, preparation is key, so get ready to take some notes.
STEP 1:
Rosie Huntington Whiteley’s hair tutorial begins with her describing her shampoo and conditioner.
"My hair is often a little bit dry from work and I'm a blondie so the processing often can dry out my hair,” say Rosie.
Before any styling occurs, she makes it clear a hydrating shampoo and moisturiser is key. We recommend the evo therapist hydrating shampoo coupled with the evo therapist hydrating conditioner. Both products work to repair, hydrate and smooth hair.

STEP 2:
Once out of the shower, Rosie wraps her wet hair in an Aquis Rapid Dry Lisse Turban.
"It really wraps it up and absorbs all of the moisture in your hair when you come out of the shower," says Rosie.
STEP 3:
Next, she detangles her tresses using a leave in hair oil. We love the Kevin Murphy Young Again Oil for this. Simply pump once (the size of a 10c coin) into the palm of your hand, warm it up by rubbing your hands together and apply from your mid lengths down.
"I'm told that your hair is at its weakest when it's wet so I always like to put a little bit of leave-in conditioner in or detangler before I put a brush through it,” says Rosie.
TIP: To help with your detangling, give your hair a good brush before even getting into the shower!
STEP 4:
After you’ve combed through your deep conditioner it’s time to dry off your hair. Rosie prefers the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer but any hair dryer will do as it’s just a rough dry.
STEP 5:
Now it’s time to curl! Her favourite curling iron is by American label Sarah Potempa called “the Beachwaver.”
Rosie Huntington Whiteley starts by sectioning her hair into three parts (underneath, middle and top section). She then leaves two inches of ends of the hair out of the hair clip (on the curling iron) and then the barrell rotates and does all the work for you.
Once her entire head is curled, Rosie finishes by brushing her hair out for softer, voluminous waves.
STEP 6:
Finally, to hold all her hard work in place, Rosie sprays a hairspray all over along with a shine spray. We love the Evo Love Touch Spray, a weightless spray that adds incredible shine and protects from humidity.
